• In registering my child to attend the Shetland Christian Youth Camp, I the Parent / Guardian grant permission for the registered camper to attend SCYC and participate in all camp activities including all meetings, swimming, go-karting, bouncy castle and other activities. I authorize the Camp Manager (Commie) or his nominee to consent to NHS medical treatment on behalf of my child in an emergency.

• Please note, the registration form that we use is provided by a third party and the drop down menu offers several categories under the heading ‘Gender'. When registering your child please select only their birth sex, i.e. 'Male' or 'Female'. The Shetland Christian Youth Camp is open to all children, however we only have the facilities available to accommodate 'Male' and 'Female’ and your child will be allocated a dormitory based on their birth sex.

• Regarding mobile phone use at camp - campers are permitted to take mobile phones to camp however they will be stored safely in the camp office and campers will have access to them at certain times during the day.



• The Shetland Christian Youth Camp reserves the right to send home anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - 'shetlandchristianyouthcamp@outlook.com' or '01950 313013'

• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number. 'shetlandchristianyouthcamp@outlook.com' or '01950 313013'

• You must refrain from bringing your child to camp if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the camp.
